Children's Harbor is seeking a Residential Coordinator will be responsible for primarily providing administrative support to the Residential Director and Managers.
Residential: 1. Manages and ensures the electronic health record (EHR) contains all necessary documentation. 2. Meet with HP (once a week) to ensure CRR records are up to date, with all required documents. 3. Oversight and monitor: Medical needs of residents, including, but not limited to scheduled appointments, emergency procedures, medication administration, planning and arrangement; residents’ medications (i.e., maintain supply, supervise passing of medications, documentation, etc.); residential documentation in records, and reports. 4. Tracks FDLE (police call outs); property destruction; BA, and runaways. 5. Residential Billing 6. Enters monthly reports into CNET portal. Respite Program: 1. Manages respite – referrals, scheduling with managers, entering BBHC portal and tracking clients served. |
